By accessing or using hub.ae (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

hub.ae provides an AI chat platform that offers access to multiple AI models including:

  • OpenAI models (GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, etc.)
  • Anthropic Claude models
  • Google Gemini models
  • xAI Grok models
  • Other third-party AI models

The Service operates on a credit-based system where different models consume different amounts of credits per message.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using valid information
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Membership and Pricing

Membership Tiers

  • Basic (Free): 150 credits per month, access to 6 models
  • Pro ($10/month): 1,500 credits per month, access to all 21 models

Additional Credits

Pro users can purchase additional credit packs:

  • 500 credits for $7
  • 1,000 credits for $10
  • 2,000 credits for $15

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Spread misinformation or propaganda
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models may be subject to the respective AI provider's terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party terms.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
  • No refunds for unused credits or partial months
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain Service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect access
  • Update these Terms with notice to users
  • Change model availability based on provider agreements

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hub.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hub.ae, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
